The Experimentathon™ hands-on framework

Consuela Nicula

■

Founder & CEO, Product Leader & Coach at Nolum

Most product teams are stuck in the wrong debate, impact (both business, customer and environmental) or revenue, purpose or profit. That trade-off is a trap. The Experimentathon™ is a hands-on framework that blows it up. In this talk, I aim to show how to design, run, and evaluate experiments across both dimensions at once, moving faster, deciding smarter, and building products that actually matter. Because the product teams that will reshape tomorrow aren't the ones with the best roadmaps. They're the ones with the courage to experiment, the creativity to reframe, and the discipline to learn fast by putting themselves constantly in uncomfortable situations.

The Hidden Driver: Psychological Safety When Code Is Cheap

Jaïr Halevi

■

Head of Startups at Miro

You don't lose innovation because you lack ideas. You lose it because people don't feel safe to say them out loud, and in Central and Eastern Europe, where questioning the boss or the client's spec often carries a cost, silence is easy to mistake for alignment. Drawing on his book Advantage: Culture and a decade coaching startups, Jaïr Halevi shows why psychological safety, not talent or tooling, decides whether teams question what they're building or just deliver it. That gap matters more now. When AI makes code cheap, building stops being the bottleneck and judgment becomes the product. A team that can't push back will simply ship the wrong thing faster. Jaïr unpacks how power distance shapes feedback, risk-taking and decision-making, and what leaders can do to make candor normal.

The Demo Was the Easy Part

Simina Pasat

■

VP of Product at GitHub

When code is cheap, building a working demo is easy; making it something people actually use is not. The real differentiator is no longer whether you can build it, it's go-to-market, time to market, and adoption that sticks and shows measurable ROI. Drawing on her experience with GitHub Copilot, Simona traces the path from an impressive demo to a product embedded in how an organization works: trust, internal rules, and habit change.

Author of Radical Product Thinking: The New Mindset for Innovating Smarter at Radical Product Thinking

Being AI-native doesn't guarantee meaningful business outcomes. Even as product teams execute faster, product diseases are not only becoming more common with AI, they’re also becoming more contagious. In this talk marking the five-year anniversary of her book Radical Product Thinking, she shares what she’s learned about where AI can help you build successful products, and how using it too early can lead you astray. You’ll learn how to diagnose and avoid common AI product diseases. You’ll get a fresh perspective on why Design Sprints fall short in the age of AI. And you’ll walk away with practical techniques to help your team make meaningful progress faster, from understanding the problem to solving the puzzle of how to make your product stand out.

Pricing essentials: how you charge matters more than how much

Bianca Bardas

■

Co-founder at Altstart Studio

B2B pricing is a different game from B2C. Most of the time the buyer is different from the user, and changing the price level is actually the easiest decision to take and the point on which most teams focus on. The harder question is which of the 50+ pricing models actually fits your business, and this session offers a practical way to narrow that down, backed by examples. Whichever model you land on, it will open a gap between the price you set and the price you collect. We'll look at how the model itself creates this gap, and which biases make it hard to keep small.

What Would You Learn If Coding Were Free?

Artemis Leonardou

■

Software engineer & DevRel at NOFire.ai

Artemis Leonardou has been shipping products since she was 14: AI tutors, booking platforms, 15+ hackathon builds, several of them winners. Then, with AI making the building part easy, she went the other way, into infrastructure and reliability, where things break and nobody has written down the answer. Now a software engineer and DevRel at NOFire AI, she joins us for a 15-minute conversation about what a generation that never knew expensive code chooses to learn instead, and where she thinks the hard, valuable work is moving.

Towards the Agentic State

Simone Parazzoli

■

Co-founder at The Agentic State

In October 2025 we published the Agentic State vision paper, a scenario for what government can become when AI agents do the work. It was written with ministers and government CIOs from 15 countries as a desirable hypothesis. One year later it is a reality. Governments are building with agents: better and more multi-channel citizen services, and internal operations that work differently. Agents are also spreading outside the state, and governments are preparing to defend against what that brings to their front door. This talk covers what changed in a year, and how the path to the Agentic State could unfold in the coming months, emphasising the meaning of product thinking and new forms of partnerships with the private sector, especially with startups.

Clarity for Product People

Arne Kittler

■

Contextual Product Leader at Hey Clarity

Clarity is something every product person wants - and something most product organizations chronically lack. Misalignments go unnoticed until it's too late. Decisions take forever. People work hard but don't make progress. And somehow, none of it comes as a surprise in hindsight. This talk makes the case that clarity doesn't just happen - it's work, it's a skill, and it's your responsibility. You'll come away knowing how to spot where clarity is breaking down across four key dimensions: direction, situational judgment, roles, and communication. More importantly, you'll have concrete approaches to address each of them. With AI increasingly part of how product teams work, the cost of ambiguity is rising. The discipline of making things clear - for your teammates, your stakeholders, and yourself - turns out to be exactly what your tools need from you too.

Every regional ecosystem eventually asks the same question: does local capital create companies, or just follow them? Big foreign investors mostly want mature startups, not first-cheque risk, which leaves the earliest, hardest stage to funds based here. And the question is getting sharper: when code is cheap and a small team can ship in weeks, a first cheque buys something very different from what it did five years ago. Three investors operating at different scales, from one Romanian region to CEE to pan-European, discuss what regional money can actually build, what it can't, and what has to come from somewhere else.

We work better together: How language shapes collaboration in product teams

MIHAELA DRAGHICI

■

PRODUCT MANAGER at Volkswagen Digital Solutions

Product teams can have brilliant strategy, strong data, and customer insight, yet still sometimes struggle to deliver. The hidden bottleneck isn’t always process or tools: it’s how teams talk about product work. Language shapes decisions, creates alignment (or friction), and ultimately influences execution. Drawing from the Language Mapping Blueprint, a repeatable framework to analyse, map, and shift organisational language. I bring real-life examples and actionable, current, and directly applicable insights to Product Managers (and those they collaborate with), not just high-level inspiration. The talk answers the question every PM faces: how do we actually align teams when we already have frameworks, ceremonies, and goals? By focusing on language. It bridges strategy and day-to-day execution in a way that’s immediately useful.

Moonshots: Europe Doesn't Have an Innovation Problem. It Has an Ambition Problem.

Martin Eriksson

■

Founder at Product Tank

Europe knows how to build. What it's forgotten is how to aim. We've become masters of the incremental — the safe bet, the sensible round, the defensible P&L — at exactly the moment the world needs us to be audacious. But playing it safe isn't the cautious choice. Choosing the status quo is a bet, and it's quietly the riskiest one on the table. In 1962, Kennedy pointed at the moon with no idea how to get there — and that impossible ambition is what pulled the technology, the talent, and the capital into being. From Apollo to Artemis, the moonshot works the same way: set the audacious goal first, and the path reveals itself. This talk is about reclaiming that ambition for European tech — why the boldest vision is the safest strategy, and why now is the moment for Europe to step up.

Product teams hit their metrics while making theirs users angry and creating business risk. From hundreds of screws listed individually to NPS surveys sent before delivery - we're optimising numbers, not outcomes. This talk challenges metric-first thinking and introduces behaviour-change-first quantification using Google's GSM framework. Learn to define success through desired behaviour-change, identify meaningful signals, and bridge business needs with customer value before picking a metric.

Scaling Customer Insights? The Value of Automated Customer Research

Johannes Nitzschke

■

Senior UX Researcher at Neugelb Studios GmbH

Product development is evolving. Customer understanding must evolve with it. While great products are based on customer problems, the tools we use to understand customers and identify opportunities are evolving rapidly. New technologies like synthetic personas and digital twins promise new paths to research at scale. But what are we really capturing by automating customer feedback?

Snap back to reality here comes gravity

Timmy Ghiurau

■

Co-founder at MidBrain

We can increasingly outsource our thinking, but not our understanding. Drawing from my journey as a researcher, founder, builder, innovation leader and investor, from eye tracking and the Oculus/Meta, to Unity and almost a decade of innovation at Volvo Cars, and later investment work around SF, Nordics, ecosystems I’ll look at how new technologies move from technical possibility to real-world impact. The talk connects that journey to the current AI shift, where machines can increasingly research, write, code, analyze and act for us, and asks what we should delegate, what we still need to understand ourselves, and why judgment, experience and curiosity may become even more important as intelligence becomes abundant.

Trust is a Latency Killer for Product Delivery

Aleodor Tabarcea

■

Site Lead at Stripe Romania

In product development, verifying every single step causes latency. Fearing mistakes leads to packet loss. We often build thick layers of process between engineers and product impact just to feel safe, but the result is slow shipping and bottlenecked teams. This talk explores how to treat trust as a hard efficiency metric instead of a soft skill. As AI becomes the new baseline and eats up the standard execution toil, the Product role is fundamentally changing. We are no longer here just to write tickets. We are here to set the target strategic architecture and provide the raw context.

Who Killed the Product? An Organizational True-Crime Story

Fabian Kleeberger

■

Chief Product & Growth Officer at Humanoo

The product looked promising. The strategy was sound. The team was talented. And yet, somewhere between discovery and delivery, the outcome died. In this true-crime-inspired investigation, we’ll examine the organizational patterns that kill great products, from fractured ownership and performative discovery to output obsession and committee-driven decision-making. Following the evidence from crime scene to root cause, we’ll uncover why the product itself is rarely the culprit, and how product leaders can recognize the warning signs before another promising outcome becomes a cold case.

From AI Demo to Enterprise Decision: Building AI Products That Get Adopted

Cristian Turcin

■

Lead Product at Orange Business

30 minutes

Building an AI product that works is only the beginning. In enterprise, adoption depends on much more than the model: clear value, security, governance, integration, commercial terms, and a story that works for every stakeholder involved in the decision.

From a Product Marketing perspective, this talk explores how to make AI products enterprise-ready before the sales conversation starts. We’ll cover how to turn market, regulatory, and customer insights into product strategy; prepare internal and customer-facing processes; address AI myths with evidence-based battlecards; and communicate differently with users, IT, security, legal, procurement, finance, and C-level leaders.
