On October 1st, PROW On Tour landed in Cluj, bringing together Product people at Accesa for an evening of conversations, questions, and shared perspectives on one big question: what happens to Product when code becomes cheap?
Together with Accesa and Wolfpack Digital, we brought the PROW conversation closer to the local Product community, and once again, we were reminded why these conversations matter.
Because Product doesn’t evolve in isolation.
AI is changing the way software is built. Coding is becoming faster and more accessible, and teams can bring ideas to life in ways that would have taken much longer just a few years ago. But as the cost of building goes down, the questions around what to build, why to build it, and who to build it for become even more important.
That was the starting point for our panel, "When Code Is Cheap: The New Economics of Product."
We had different perspectives around the same table, honest questions, and a conversation that went beyond AI and technology. We talked about how Product roles are changing, where human judgment still matters, how teams can create real value, and what happens when building is no longer the biggest constraint.
A huge thank you to our speakers for bringing their experience, ideas, and different points of view into the conversation:
💻 Andrei Firoiu, Co-Founder of PROW Conference
👩💻 Alexandra Retegan, Head of Product at Wolfpack Digital
🎙️ David M. Stan, Capability Manager | Head of Product at Accesa
🎨 Cristian Vîrciu, Head of Product Design at Wolfpack Digital
🎩 Raluca Piteiu-Apostol, Product Manager, Consultant & Trainer at Accesa
But the conversation didn't stop when the panel ended.
It continued over drinks, between introductions, through questions and side conversations, with people exchanging experiences and perspectives from their own work. And that's really what PROW On Tour is about.
Creating spaces where Product people can meet, learn from each other, challenge ideas, and feel part of something bigger than their own teams and companies.
A big thank you to Accesa and Wolfpack Digital for opening their doors and helping us bring this conversation to Cluj.
And thank you to everyone who joined us, asked questions, shared their experiences, and stayed for the conversations that followed.
The future of Product will be shaped by technology, sure. But it will also be shaped by the people who build it, question it, and learn from each other along the way.
See you at the next PROW On Tour stop.
