Ionuț Țața is an entrepreneur, investor, and innovation strategist with over 20 years of experience building and strengthening innovation ecosystems across Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Western Balkans. He has helped mobilize more than €550 million across public and private funding instruments. He is the Founder & CEO of Iceberg+ and leads the FIT European Digital Innovation Hub, and also serves as General Partner of AsterNova Vest VC, a regional venture capital fund backing early-stage, innovation-driven companies in Western Romania.
