Jaïr Halevi is Head of Startups at Miro, where he works with the startup ecosystem. He also currently serves as Head of Culture at Pygma VC and is the author of Advantage: Culture – Make Culture Your Startup's Competitive Advantage from Day One.
Over the past decade, Jaïr has trained and advised more than 1,000 startups, as well as accelerators and VCs, helping founders make culture explicit rather than leaving it to chance — turning it into a real operating system that shapes hiring, decision-making, and execution from day one.
He started his career as a social entrepreneur, later built and led a startup incubator, and held leadership roles at Airbnb.
