FROM IDEA VALIDATION TO PRODUCT-MARKET FIT

Starting any business is hard, and the technology aspect is often actually the easiest aspect. In this workshop, Jeff will walk you through the most important early steps to get right if you're thinking of launching a new venture, including:
- How to hone your product vision and story
- How to validate your idea early, before writing a single line of code
- How the meaning of "minimum viable product" has changed over the last 10 years and the right way to think about building your MVP
- Marketing, and why you shouldn't think about it at all at the beginning
- How Product Market Fit looks different for every product

This session will focus on tactical advice to help you go from side project to funded (or successfully bootstrapped) business.
