His natural curiosity led him into product management, guiding teams in creating digital products for the Government, hospitality, finance, automotive, education, and retail brands. Leon now works within the software and subscriptions team as a Senior Product Manager for Amazon, currently working on end-to-end customer experiences.

Join Leon Barrett, Senior Product Manager, Devices at Ring (an Amazon company) as he talks about his experience transitioning from a background in digital agencies creating digital product products and services to joining Ring to work on managing doorbells and cameras. Leon spent 15 years working to launch and scale new digital services and platforms for a range of clients including Hilton, VW, Jaguar Landrover, the BBC, National Express, and Homeserve before joining Ring. 

So what unites managing digital products and services and consumer electronics? A relentless focus on the customer, ensuring that we’re solving actual problems for them.
