Rumen Iliev is a Partner at LAUNCHub Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm based in Sofia investing in early-stage startups across Bulgaria and the wider Southeastern Europe region. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, startups, and technology investments, and works closely with founders on fundraising strategies, business modeling, and investor relations. Before joining LAUNCHub Ventures, Rumen ran his own business consultancy practice and held senior positions at major multinationals in the Utilities and Insurance sectors across the CEE region. He has been educated at Harvard Business School Executive Education and the University of Economics, Prague.
